FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Clifton Durante III is the founder and president of ESTEEM Community Development Organization Inc. and the professional degrees he has earned two Bachelor Degrees in Sociology and Education and earned two Master Degrees in Education and Divinity. Furthermore, he is a grounded, zealous and ambitious man. Many of his other well-earned titles are husband, father, educator, mentor, and friend.

Long before ESTEEM was established, he often discussed ways to help reduce the cycle of poverty, miseducation, and adversities in suffering communities.

The realization of the many distresses in communities nationwide and right in his own city drove him to develop ESTEEM. Believing that, with the help of the Tulsa community, this goal of improving the lives of suffering children, their families, and individuals in need will be met. With the assistance of individuals, churches, corporations, and foundations, this mission will be successful.
